Performance, capacity and accuracy are all combined in the AS3000 Series twin hydraulic
folding conveyor feed spreader that can achieve increased spread widths of up to 48 meters
for urea, over 52 meters for mineral granular fertilisers and up to 30 meters for dry
flowable lime/gypsum, organic, other soil conditioners and bulk products.
The 3000 series spreader offers precision infield spreading to the larger farming and
contracting enterprises while especially suitable for Controlled Traffic Farming (CTF), multi
products and meet the demand of increasing tramline working widths across the industry
worldwide.
The outer disc & conveyor designs each 3 mtrs from centre is engineered for high ground
clearance; the disc height at 850mm is kept high for crop clearance, rough terrain/conditions
and achieving maximum spread width for a given product type. With an upper mounted
spinner disc hydraulic motor system, the design allows for ample ground clearance avoiding
unnecessary crop damage.
